The purpose of the Board is to establish and improve standards of knowledge and proficiency in the professional practice of Clinical Neurophysiology. This is accomplished by successful completion of computer-based examinations in the field of Clinical Neurophysiology of the Central Nervous System, covering Electroencephalography (EEG), Evoked Potentials (EP), Polysomnography (PSG), Epilepsy Monitoring, and Neurologic Intraoperative Monitoring (NIOM).
