To obtain the required NYSDEC Owner/Manager and Operator certificate(s), the owner and/or manager of each facility and every person at the facility who physically operates the Perc dry cleaning machine(s) MUST take the appropriate NYSDEC-approved 16-hour training course and pass the appropriate exam(s).
